📋 Description

  • Architect and lead global GTM enablement framework for sales teams.
  • Design scalable onboarding and continuous learning globally.
  • Create assets: playbooks, job aids, eLearning, live sessions.
  • Lead trainings and webinars for audiences up to 1,000.
  • Use data and enablement platforms to measure impact and KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, People.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Sales Enablement, L&D, or Sales Ops in SaaS/global.
  • 2+ years direct sales experience with enablement at scale.
  • Platform fluency: Highspot, Gong, Salesforce, Outreach; data-driven ROI.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Experience with Outreach, Highspot, Gong, and Salesforce.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary: 128,000 to 160,000 USD per year.
