🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in Sales Enablement, L&D, or Sales Ops (global SaaS/enterprise).
- 2+ years direct sales experience and scale enablement success.
- Platform fluency: Highspot, Gong, Salesforce, and related tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Strong adult learning, instructional design, and content development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
