  • Prepare, reconcile, and manage HomeMade package management fee invoices
  • Reconcile and claim customer funds via PRODA per government rules
  • Set up and close customer accounts; prepare exit statements and final reporting
  • Establish and manage customer personal and government contribution accounts
  • Coordinate funding transfers for inbound/outbound customer switches
  • Conduct regular audits of customer files for accuracy and compliance

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in accounts administration or finance operations with high-volume processing
  • Payments, invoicing, and reconciliations understanding
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail; ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong digital literacy; comfortable across multiple systems
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience in aged care, home care, or community services (desirable)
