Ensure background checks of agencies; identify training needs and evaluate CE.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of relevant experience in collections.
People management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Negotiation skills; bias for driving results in a high-performance environment.
Strong relationship and leadership skills.
Working knowledge of computers.
