Control flow of cases with emphasis on non-starters
Ensure documented feedback and field coverage by bucket/segment
Manage productivity parameters for collection officers, agencies, and in-house team
Monitor performance against set parameters with weekly reviews
Support officers in legal/police issues and collection activities

🎯 Requirements

People management skills
4+ years in collections
Excellent communication skills
Negotiation skills and bias for results
Strong relationship and leadership skills
Education: Graduation/Post Graduation preferred
