- Experience engaging DoW, IC, or federal civilian agencies in regulated environments
- Strong technical background as software/sales/forward deployed engineer or equivalent
- Ability to learn complex technical systems, mission constraints, and processes
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments
- Strong ownership with bias toward execution and results
