We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Growth Operations Analyst to join our growing, distributed team at Coforma.

As a

Growth Operations Analyst at Coforma, you’ll be responsible for managing data entry, maintaining growth tracking systems and tools, and supporting reporting and forecasting of our pipeline. You will partner with the Head of Solutions to develop growth strategies, identify and evaluate new business opportunities, review and improve existing team processes, and foster strategic partnerships, managing a portfolio of potential projects (contracts) and coordinating the teams assigned to evaluating and bidding on each opportunity. The ideal candidate will leverage strong situational awareness skills to provide tactical team coordination throughout the entire business development lifecycle and will communicate with transparency and professionalism across all disciplines in our work.

$92,000 to $120,000 Annual Salary + Benefits + Growth Potential

Placement within this range will be based on the competency level of the candidate. An offer will be made at one of the following tiers:

Tier 1: $92,000 — Meets minimum qualification/experience requirements. Beyond onboarding, will need additional guidance and training to perform key responsibilities of the role.

Tier 2: $106,000 — Experienced and fully competent. Beyond onboarding, can independently perform key responsibilities of the role.

Tier 3: $120,000 — Highly experienced and can perform all responsibilities of the role at a higher level than expected once onboarding is completed.

To honor our company-wide equitable pay system, the posted salary range and corresponding tier salaries are non-negotiable.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Growth team and leadership support: Provide operations support to the Growth team and Coforma leadership, scheduling and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders and verifying artifacts for leadership and team reviews including data checking and compliance, solicitation modifications, internal reports, proposal packages, and more.
  • Pipeline management and reporting: Oversee the maintenance and analysis of the pipeline, entering data into the CRM, generating reports, status updates, and insights to inform strategy, and maintaining the integrity of the database through regular cleanup and updates.
  • Lead/support new opportunity discovery: Proactively identify, vet, and prioritize new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building and providing analysis to stakeholders to ensure opportunities are aligned with our goals, capabilities, and capacity.
  • Contract vehicle, alliance, and partner management: Oversee contract vehicle management and the partnership database, creating and growing mutually beneficial alliance and teaming partner relationships that complement and strengthen our capabilities and expertise.
  • Process and systems management and improvement: Identify, assess, implement, and manage all processes, systems, and tools (Google Drive folders, Slack channels, slide decks, spreadsheets, etc.) for the Growth team and evolve them over time as our organization grows and matures, focusing on implementing AI tools to improve speed and efficiency.
  • Attend industry events and build relationships: Attend conferences and events with executive leadership and the Growth team, ensuring customer and teaming partner contracts, conversations, and follow-up actions are documented and tracked to closure.

  • Complete new hire orientation training and familiarize yourself with the processes within the Growth team and Coforma as a whole
  • Meet the key stakeholders and external counterparts you'll be working with
  • Shadow team members and counterparts on the Growth team to learn about process for pursuing new opportunities and become familiar with the active pipeline
  • Begin tracking opportunities in customer portals

  • Document your process for completing work against established guidelines
  • Conduct a deep dive of content, past performance, contract vehicles, etc.
  • Attend conferences and events
  • Assume core functional responsibilities of the role
  • Identify skills or knowledge gaps and establish a professional development plan for yourself
  • After 90 Days

  • Iterate and improve existing Growth team processes and introduce new standards and best practices
  • Assume full responsibility and accountability for all functions associated with the role
  • Who You Are (Requirements)

  • 5+ years of professional work experience with 2 or more years of experience in a coordinator, analyst, or project management role
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven experience managing milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • A strong communicator and documenter with the ability to relay important details and information clearly and concisely
  • Experienced individual contributor with the ability to think strategically, seek clarity, and successfully drive prioritization across multiple projects
  • Prior experience working in an agency providing digital services in medium- to large-scale design and development projects
  • Experience working on a business development or growth team with an understanding of product, design, and engineering functioning as a cohesive unit and maintaining open lines of communication in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Experience in supporting lead team members to strengthen the business unit’s mission, abilities, and skill sets
  • Demonstrated ability to use tech and tools to improve workflows, facilitate decision making, and drive outcomes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty and able to adapt nimbly, support others, and be supported through complex situations
  • Full-time resident of the contiguous United States (must be legally authorized to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship)
  • Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience working on a remote team or remote freelancing
  • Prior professional services, government, federal, or private consulting support experience
  • Experience writing or editing proposals (preferably government proposals)
  • Mid- to expert-level skill in writing and maintaining spreadsheet formulas and managing web-based databases and forms
  • Familiarity with productivity and communication tools such as Google Suite (gDocs, gSheets, gSlides), Slack, Monday.com, sales CRM platforms, and market intelligence software
  • Passion for learning, ability to create and adapt systems, and ability to collaborate with creative, technical, and business stakeholders and team members
