Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will qualify and nurture prospects, collaborate with sales and marketing, and help schedule meetings with potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Prospect and engage potential customers via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach performance
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
