🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in technical B2B SaaS.
  • Proven leadership building a global CS org with retention and revenue results.
  • Strong background with complex, technical software in Cloud/DevOps/FinOps.
  • Experience with modern CS processes/tools (e.g., Gainsight).
  • Data-driven with operational analytics and KPIs to drive performance.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with C-level credibility.
