π― Requirements
- 15+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in technical B2B SaaS.
- Proven leadership building a global CS org with retention and revenue results.
- Strong background with complex, technical software in Cloud/DevOps/FinOps.
- Experience with modern CS processes/tools (e.g., Gainsight).
- Data-driven with operational analytics and KPIs to drive performance.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with C-level credibility.
