The ideal candidate possesses:

Experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing generative AI experiments, ideally focused on dialogue generation and response coherence

An agile mindset with a focus on continuous delivery and iteration for rapid prototyping and improvement of our chatbots’ functionalities

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

In-depth knowledge and experience in one or more of the following:

Expertise in building and querying knowledge graphs to power informative responses (experience with Neo4j a plus)

Strong understanding of how to combine retrieval augmented generation techniques with generative models for natural and coherent dialog flows

Familiarity with multi-agent systems and a strong interest in exploring their application for building collaborative chatbots

Expertise in applying reinforcement learning techniques based on human feedback to optimize chatbot performance

Knowledge of how to evaluate the effectiveness of RAG chatbots, including metrics for retrieval accuracy, response coherence, and factual correctness.
