🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years designing and supporting VMware infra.
- Expertise in VMware vSphere, vCenter, HA/DRS, cluster design.
- Experience with enterprise storage and/or VMware vSAN.
- Experience integrating virtualization with backup, DR, cyber recovery.
- Familiarity with NSX, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and HA storage networking.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- VMware certifications (VCP/VCAP or equivalent) preferred.
