Clinical System Administrator

📋 Description

• Provide admin support for clinical systems (eTMF/CTMS, IRT, EDC).
• Collaborate with Clinical Systems leadership to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Manage user access requests for internal, sponsor and 3rd-party users.
• Enter and update sites/institutions in the Global Directory.
• Create studies, countries and sites within the Clinical System.
• Resolve help desk tickets; troubleshoot and address system issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in business, science or healthcare.
• 2 years’ clinical trial experience with 2 years in Clinical Systems.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience with CTMS, EDC, eTMF; requirements gathering, documentation, configuration and integrations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and handle ad-hoc tasks.
