• Create memorable experiences during piercing sessions.
• Ensure safety, comfort, and smooth care flow.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout piercing.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan's After Care.
• Conduct ear evaluations for placement and styling.
• Maintain sterile environment at nurse station and trays.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• 3-5 years retail management; jewelry a plus.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed; lead by example on the floor.
• Proven sales track record and profitability improvement.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; POS/Google Suite proficient.
