Clinical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Launch new hospitals and grow install base within NC region.
• Provide ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff using Ceribell data.
• Travel ~60% (3 days/week) within Raleigh/Durham, NC territory.
• Lead new account launches with Territory Manager at new sites.
• Expand use of Ceribell with existing customers via product introductions.
• Build advocacy and champions using hospital data to validate interest.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 yrs critical care sales OR 5 yrs med device/pharma sales OR RN with industry exp.
• Excellent communicator; relationship builder; highly organized; strategic.
• Ability to assess stakeholder needs; align cross-functional agendas.
• Confident in challenging status quo and influencing change.
• Driven, coachable; open to feedback; applies new skills.
• Bonus: startup or neuro ICU experience; med device sales.
