Clinical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Launch Ceribell at new hospital sites to grow installs.
• Provide ongoing clinical education to physicians and staff.
• Travel ~60% (3 days/week) within the region; on-site role.
• Expand Ceribell use at existing centers and campuses.
• Build advocates using hospital data to drive interest.
• Lead clinical team training and account launches with PM skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 yrs critical care sales OR 5 yrs medical device/pharma sales; RN welcome.
• Excellent communicator; builds relationships; problem solver; organized.
• Assess stakeholder needs; manage cross-functional agendas; adapt strategy.
• Confident to challenge status quo and influence change via consensus.
• Driven and coachable; willing to seek coaching and apply new skills.
• Grit and integrity; bonus: startup or neuro-ICU experience.
