Compensation: $40,000 annually + monthly commission
Modality: Hybrid (based on performance; on-site in West Valley for first 30–60 days)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Researching and prospecting potential partners through cold calls, emails, and social strategies with the goal of setting up demos for Account Executives.
Following up consistently with leads via phone, email, and chat to maintain engagement and pipeline progression.
Effectively communicating Clicklease’s value proposition to potential partners and small business owners.
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to ensure fit and readiness for Account Executive engagement.
Diligently using CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data, maintain accurate notes, and manage the sales pipeline.
Developing creative strategies for targeting decision-makers and driving conversion opportunities.
Collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging.
Achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly activity and opportunity-generation goals.
Drive for results – consistently meets or exceeds performance goals while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
Critical thinking skills – able to quickly understand Clicklease’s products, target markets, and sales processes.
Flexibility – adapts approach to meet evolving business needs and changing priorities.
Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales or outreach targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, high-energy personality and passion for helping small businesses succeed.
Team player with a growth mindset who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Experience in outbound B2B or B2C sales environments.
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
Background in retail, wholesale, or equipment financing industries.
Strong technological proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Proven ability to communicate with decision-makers and secure meetings with key stakeholders.
Ability to remain seated at a workstation for extended periods while making calls or conducting virtual outreach.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English through phone, email, and video conferencing.
Ability to use a computer keyboard, headset, and mouse with dexterity and accuracy.
Ability to process, analyze, and track data in CRM and related software.
Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a hybrid environment.
Ability to adapt to new technology tools and workflow updates.
