🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Successful sales experience in a startup
- 5-8 years of customer-facing sales in Medtech, with 3+ years closing
- Experience managing high-value accounts through high-touch partnerships
- Experience in tech environments; comfortable with technical concepts
- Strong customer service; explain complex concepts; negotiate and gain agreement
🎁 Benefits
- Salary: $140k-$150k base + $150k commission = $290k-$300k OTE
- Total Target Compensation varies by geography
