📋 Description

  • Manage a high-value portfolio within a defined regional sales territory
  • Prospect and develop new business to drive revenue across Cleerly’s opportunities
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales pipeline and revenue
  • Develop proposals, price structures, and negotiate contracts quickly
  • Execute sales strategies to grow Cleerly usage across geographies; collaborate with strategy and CS
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales goals with account strategy and pipeline

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Successful sales experience in a startup
  • 5-8 years of customer-facing sales in Medtech, with 3+ years closing
  • Experience managing high-value accounts through high-touch partnerships
  • Experience in tech environments; comfortable with technical concepts
  • Strong customer service; explain complex concepts; negotiate and gain agreement

🎁 Benefits

  • Salary: $140k-$150k base + $150k commission = $290k-$300k OTE
  • Total Target Compensation varies by geography
