The Sr. Manager, Retention Deal Flow will take charge day to day of Retention and lead the development and implementation of comprehensive retention strategies for our CisionOne and Comms Cloud platforms. With a focus on achieving measurable outcomes in reducing churn rates and maximizing customer retention, responsibilities include analyzing churn data, collaborating with sellers, managers, cross-functional teams, and customers to understand the market needs and improve outcomes.
The Sr. Manager, Retention Deal Flow will work to develop and drive initiatives to increase customer lifetime value and satisfaction. This is a hands-on role with the successful applicant expected to actively sell and close key customer deals and to coach and develop the team to increase closed/won retention rates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling and influencing, an ability to interpret and analyze key data, be an excellent communicator in both oral and written form, possess sound Microsoft
Office and related skills, exposure and/or a degree of competence with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and able to demonstrate prior success in similar endeavors.
