📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents (ages 2-26).
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with other specialty providers for integrated care.
• Involve families and coordinate with outside specialists when appropriate.
• Deliver therapy in a hybrid model (virtual and in-person).

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed as a LSW in Pennsylvania.
• 1 year of experience providing individual therapy to children/adolescents.
• 1 year of experience in telehealth or virtual settings.
• Flexible after 4pm ET on weekdays and weekends.
• Hybrid work model with at least 10 clinical hours onsite.
• Proficient with Google Suite, EMR, and telehealth platforms.
