Child and Adolescent Therapist - LCSW, LPC, LMFT - Hybrid

📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments; track progress toward care goals.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, OT, SLP for integrated care.
• Maintain thorough records and meet minimum clinical time expectations.
• Hybrid work: on-site 3 days and remote remaining days.

🎯 Requirements

• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Availability of 15+ hours/week after 4pm ET or weekends.
• Hybrid on-site schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat; other days remote.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy to children/adolescents.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain records.
