Due to Cherry’s continued growth, we are seeking a talented Mid-weight Designer to join our dynamic team. You will work on established client brands within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
Working under the supervision of the Design Lead, this role is responsible for conceptual design solutions to meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Design Lead and Senior Designers on bespoke projects.• Create effective communication formats and explore innovative design solutions.• Work within brand guidelines, understanding print, screen, and digital design differences.• Participate in pitches under the mentorship of the Design Lead.• Confidently present ideas to the creative team and internal clients.• Collaborate with Client Services and studio team members.• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards.
Skills Required:
• Minimum 2-3 years agency experience within a creative team, healthcare experience desired but not essential. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).• Experience with AfterEffects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Figma – nice to have • Strong time management and organizational skills.• Committed to learning and attention to detail.• Confident team player.
