- 3+ years in sales, partnerships, channel sales, or ecosystem-led revenue roles.
- Proven ability to drive revenue via partners, not just manage relationships.
- Strong understanding of venture capital/startup ecosystem; build senior relationships.
- Excellent written and spoken English; craft partner outreach and enablement.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity.
- Highly collaborative; works well with internal and external teams.
