  • Identify and build channel partnerships to drive partner-sourced revenue.
  • Close partner-referred opportunities and co-sell with AEs to own pipeline and ARR.
  • Enable and activate partners end-to-end via onboarding, enablement, referrals, incentives.
  • Nurture partnerships across their lifecycle from launch to long-term revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, partnerships, channel sales, or ecosystem-led revenue roles.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue via partners, not just manage relationships.
  • Strong understanding of venture capital/startup ecosystem; build senior relationships.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; craft partner outreach and enablement.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity.
  • Highly collaborative; works well with internal and external teams.
