📋 Description

• Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions.
• Manage provider/physician communications via voicemails and calls.
• Resolve issues with pharmacists, technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
• Perform tasks safely and in compliance with policies and laws.
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months' experience as a Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations.
