Role overview
As the Key Account Manager Interiors, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key interior-related accounts across multiple European markets. You will build strong relationships with dealers, galleries and brands, drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional service experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop a portfolio of high-value interior-focused accounts across Europe
- Define account strategies, set targets and tracking performance
- Negotiate terms, pricing and partnership agreements
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Product to optimize listings and promotions
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and expand product assortments
- Provide market feedback and competitive insights to inform strategy
- Travel as required to meet clients and attend events
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of key account management or B2B sales experience
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in interiors, design, furniture or a related field is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Willingness to travel within Europe
