Overview
Catawiki is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager DACH for Collectables to grow our presence in the German-speaking markets. This role is based in Berlin, Germany, or the Netherlands. You will manage strategic accounts across the DACH region, drive revenue, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client value.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts in the DACH region for the Collectables category.
- Develop quarterly account plans, forecast revenue, and meet targets.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and campaigns with partners.
- Build deep relationships with top collectors and sellers; understand their needs and translate into product and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure successful launches, campaigns, and listings.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in key account management or enterprise sales; preferable in collectibles, art, or marketplace sectors.
- Fluency in German and English; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
