Carwow is hiring for a Brand Account Manager to join our Get Your Car team, focused on fostering long-term strategic relationships with our Dealer partners and driving revenue in a large portfolio of brands and clients.
You will be an expert on your portfolio of brands and have a strong understanding of their market position and the drivers behind their performance on the Carwow platform. You will proactively seek out opportunities to grow the brand's presence and success on the platform to drive revenue.
You will have targeted and constructive conversations with clients, primarily through phone and video calls, with the goal of embedding yourself in their business. You will need the ability to build deep and trusting relationships to influence decisions and drive action from your insights.
You will be an expert at presenting insightful data, using it to recommend process improvements to dealer partners to boost their return on investment on Carwow.
You will lead an industry-leading onboarding and early lifecycle plan for new partners, hosting a seamless experience to drive adoption and engagement on the platform.
You will take ownership of your portfolio’s performance, with clear portfolio plans set out and executed on to scale revenue whilst achieving high retention rates.
You will effectively manage a large portfolio of partners with the ability to ruthlessly prioritise.
You will collaborate closely with the field-based Partner Success team to ensure client strategies are executed seamlessly and effectively.
Excellent communication skills are essential, with a strong focus on building and nurturing relationships with external dealer partners.
You excel at fostering connections through proactive outreach via phone calls and in-person client meetings.
A consultative and creative problem solver, you take the time to understand our partners, offering tailored solutions to address their challenges and drive performance on the marketplace.
A natural ability to tell engaging and impactful stories with data.
Proven history of driving revenue growth in a portfolio of clients by effectively upselling additional products and services.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven; you take ownership of your portfolio's performance.
You ruthlessly prioritise the highest-impact tasks that drive business results while effectively managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
Adaptable and resilient, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adjust to pivoting direction and interchanging priorities.
You are a self-starter who’s identifies solutions and executes a plan to resolve challenges
Proficient in handling and analysing data using Excel/Google sheets.
