We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This position will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, payroll processing, HR record maintenance, employee inquiries, onboarding, and various HR projects.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Recruitment Team on locals site Job Postings
Assisting with payroll functions, including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and policies as per regulatory requirements (Cysec/SCA & CONSOB)
Assisting with employees paperwork administration / employment confirmations & reference letters provision
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related policies/procedures
Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and generate reports for management and/or other department when needed (Compliance)
Be the first point of contact for employee’s pre onboarding, onboarding stage for UAE & Italy, leading the orientation process of new hires and ensuring smooth transition into the organisation
Liaise with governmental authorities for employee’s documentation and Immigration administration
Mastering Immigration Projects for CY office (inter transfers/new hires & renewals)
Being involved in improving the existing HR policies & procedures to ensure smooth operations
Coordinate the Medical Insurance Coverage for the employees
Assist on employees benefits package research and improvement
Assisting on local event arranged by the HR Department & Social Committee. Requirements:
Strong admin skills
Previous experience in a similar role
Immigration knowledge
High attention to detail
HRIS Knolwelege
