- Own and manage backlog of business and regulatory issues from ID to resolution.
- Prioritise issues by regulatory risk, impact, and delivery constraints.
- Produce clear business and functional requirements, including data and integration needs.
- Collaborate with Operations and IT to refine requirements and implementable solutions.
- Support design discussions, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations and processes.
- Validate changes by reviewing tests, supporting UAT, and confirming outcomes.
- Serve as main contact between Regulatory Reporting, Middle Office, Tech, and data teams.
- Ensure documentation, traceability, and governance throughout the issue lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with financial regulations and regulatory reporting (MAS, ASIC, EMIR).
- Strong Business Analysis experience in asset management or IB.
- Proven ability to manage complex business issues, incl. solution design.
- Hands-on experience with integration requirements and testing.
- Aladdin experience; derivatives and multi-asset portfolios knowledge.
- Data analysis skills; ability to translate into data logic and mappings.
