Own, drive and grow strategic OEM alliance business with our global server, PC and IoT device partners. Canonical is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager for IHV Alliances to own, drive and grow OEM partnerships and alliances on a global scale. This remote role is open to candidates Worldwide.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage Canonical's OEM alliance relationships across the global server, PC and IoT ecosystems.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans with strategic partners to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Build a robust partner pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve annual targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering, legal) to negotiate and close partnerships.
- Represent Canonical in partner programs, events, and quarterly business reviews.
- Monitor partner performance and implement improvements to maximize joint value.
- Travel as needed to engage with partners and customers.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of enterprise partner sales, channel sales, or alliance management, preferably with OEM partners in the server, PC, or IoT space.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that generate revenue.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, remote-first environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
