Design ductwork, piping and equipment for plumbing and fire protection on projects.
Supervise/mechanical project management; monitor progress and budget.
Create Revit/BIM models for plumbing/fire protection; model HVAC as needed.
Review shop drawings for compliance with specs and contract documents.
Interface with clients; attend OAC meetings; monitor budget.
Respond to RFIs and change orders; conduct site visits to verify conditions.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of related experience.
Current PE or FPE license in the United States.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Working knowledge with willingness to acquire higher-level knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in design software (Revit, Trane Trace, Trane 3D Plus).
