  • Own and grow MEA territory focusing on large public sector accounts (5k+ employees).
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers in business and IT.

  • Generate new pipeline via outbound campaigns, partners, and proactive prospecting.
  • Lead consultative, value-based sales cycles using MEDDICC and Challenger Sales.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in KSA with a proven quota overachievement.
  • Experience selling to large enterprises (5,000+ employees), especially in Public Sector.
  • Navigate complex buying centers, influencing IT and business stakeholders at the C-level.
  • Strong grasp of MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar sales frameworks.
  • Comfortable building new pipeline from scratch; initiative and ownership.
  • Native Arabic and fluent English.
