  • Set up and launch paid campaigns across Paytm inventory (Search, Display, Native, Post-Transaction, Video).
  • Configure targeting, budgets, bidding, creatives, and flighting per client briefs.
  • Ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and attribution setup.
  • Monitor delivery, pacing, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and CPA.
  • Optimize bids, targeting, and creatives; resolve delivery issues.
  • Prepare daily to post-campaign reports and provide actionable insights.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1โ€“4 years in Ad Operations / Campaign Management / Performance Marketing.
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and fintech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimization levers.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SQL, dashboards, or BI tools is a plus.
