🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in BPM, business systems, operations, or program delivery.
- Experience in Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Renewal processes.
- Strong requirements gathering using user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with cross-functional and global teams.
- Exposure to Salesforce and NetSuite ecosystems.
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP integrations with third-party tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, CS, or related field.
