  • Identify and scale partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, and merchants to grow regional volume.
  • Own enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, terms, KYB, integrations.
  • Build relationships with senior PSP/acquirer/merchant decision-makers to unlock partnerships.
  • Design regional expansion targeting gaming, iGaming, trading, e-commerce, OTA, and digital services.
  • Collaborate with Product/Legal/Compliance/Marketing to localize solutions and onboard.
  • Analyze merchant performance to segment accounts, optimize terms, and maximize profitability.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–10 years in payments/fintech or digital wallets; knowledge of card networks, settlement, and risk.
  • Proven enterprise BD with C-suite engagement, negotiation, and multi-party partnerships.
  • Existing network with PSPs, acquirers, processors, or financial institutions in the target region.
  • Experience in regulated environments with compliance and reputational considerations.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret merchant data and craft scalable partnership strategies.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
