- Meticulous attention to detail and strong written communication
- Strong project management; own timelines, cross-functional alignment, hit SLAs
- Familiarity with KYC/KYB, AML, information security controls, and vendor risk
- Tool fluency: Google Workspace, spreadsheets, e-signature, Linear; quick to learn new systems
