Collaborate with Product teams to define reporting needs and event tracking for Mixpanel.
Build data quality infrastructure and governance to empower self-service analytics through AI.
Develop dashboards and visualizations in Hex and Sigma to translate data into insights.
Design and maintain robust data models using SQL in dbt to create a single source of truth.
Contribute to the roadmap with Product stakeholders to define goals and timelines.
Proactively identify data analytics gaps and propose solutions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
Solid experience in Data Analytics or similar analyzing user behavior (B2C).
Experience with Product Analytics (A/B testing, funnels, event tracking, journeys).
Advanced SQL skills.
Experience modeling data in cloud warehouses (Snowflake or similar).
Excellent communication to non-technical audiences; comfortable with remote work.
