  • Collaborate cross-functionally to localize solutions and onboarding.
  • Analyze merchant performance to optimize terms and GMV.

  • 5+ years enterprise BD with C-suite negotiations and multi-party deals.
  • Strong PSP/acquirer/payments network in LATAM.
  • Experience in regulated environments and compliance for partnerships.
  • Commercially minded, resilient, execution-focused in high-growth contexts.
  • Analytical skills to turn merchant data into scalable strategies.
  • English and Spanish fluency; Portuguese is a plus.
