  • Proven enterprise business development with C-suite negotiations
  • Strong network within PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, or banks
  • Ability to operate in regulated environments with compliance focus
  • Commercially mature, resilient, execution-driven in high-growth contexts
  • Strong analytics to translate merchant data into strategies
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
