  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS BD/partnerships; exposure to construction or trades.
  • Experience managing external partnerships and turning them into pipeline.
  • Plan and run programs end-to-end with clear goals.
  • Comfortable collaborating with AEs, Rev leaders, and marketing.
  • Data-literate and ROI-focused; define metrics and request data.
  • Hands-on, scrappy in a fast-growing environment.
