🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as Growth Analyst/Business Analyst in e-commerce or similar domain.
• Strong analytical skills with statistical analysis, data mining and ML techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or Looker.
• Proficiency in SQL and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or HiveQL.
