📋 Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to managers on people matters, including workforce planning and engagement.
  • Align HR initiatives with business goals to drive performance and retention.
  • Handle employee relations, investigations, and policy/compliance matters.
  • Support performance management: goals, feedback, and career development.
  • Coach managers on development, succession planning, and learning programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics is a plus.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP certifications preferred but not required.
