Job Overview:Highly skilled Acceleration and Startup Ecosystem Building Program Associate who will be supporting the Program Manager and team in driving the UAE based acceleration program and will be responsible for supporting in ecosystem building events and training, mentor startups, and maintain good working relationships with all partners.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing the program and ecosystem database
  • Support in content building for the program and ecosystem building events
  • Coordinating the startup due diligence and review process
  • Coordinating team interviews and any required selection activities for the accelerator
  • To be the first point of contact and in-house expert for all portfolio startup teams
  • Working closely with the Marketing department to organize internal and external events, and to position the acceleration brand as the regional leader for tech acceleration
  • Liaising regularly with Brinc MENA and HQ and management team to ensure the company vision is implemented accordingly and processes are cohesive across the board
  • Support with the coordination of startup mentorship sessions
  • Maintain program calendar, tracking and databases.
  • Reach out to and secure relevant corporates, mentors and investors to engage with startups
  • Coordinate multiple programs/events running at the same time including facilitation, scheduling, invitations, communications and event logistics
  • Manage and moderate program calendar, events, sessions and one on ones
  • Liaise with global team on joint workshops and mentors
  • Support with the organization and facilitation of ecosystem events including hackathons, workshops and design sprints
  • Support team with onboarding program participants
  • Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be a holder of a Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Must have minimum 3 years of work related experience in project management and executing events
  • Passionate about accelerating sustainable entrepreneurship
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptable and responsive to the dynamic needs of startups, mentors, and partners.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
