📋 Description

  • Engage qualified prospects and guide them through the full sales cycle to close.
  • Identify client priorities, address pain points, and align Brightfield's solutions to their objectives.
  • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person product demonstrations and business cases.
  • Build trusted relationships with champions and key decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to advance deals and ensure smooth handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying enterprise sales, ideally SaaS/DaaS/workforce tech.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex environments.
  • Strong skills in qualifying, managing, negotiating, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com for pipeline and account management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote-first environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
  • Familiarity with workforce analytics, HR technology, procurement software, or services spend management is a plus.
