🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years quota-carrying enterprise sales, ideally SaaS/DaaS/workforce tech.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex environments.
- Strong skills in qualifying, managing, negotiating, and closing enterprise deals.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com for pipeline and account management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote-first environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
- Familiarity with workforce analytics, HR technology, procurement software, or services spend management is a plus.
