- Experience at an agency or agency-style in-house team is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build brand strategy, insights, and campaign planning.
- Proven data-driven decision making (quantitative & qualitative).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and persuade stakeholders.
