  • Manage sports and entertainment partnerships; develop activation plans and execute end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with partner teams, leagues, agencies, and Marketing to deliver campaigns.
  • Implement engagement strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels to maximize impact.
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that strengthen brand awareness and trust.
  • Track and report on partnership performance; analyze ROI and optimize activations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners; serve as day-to-day contact throughout campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management or brand partnerships.
  • Experience building activation plans for sports/entertainment properties.
  • Strong project management; manage multiple activations across priorities.
  • Experience managing entertainment or brand partner relationships directly.
  • Proven negotiation and dealmaking experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing legal and compliance standards.
