📋 Description

  • Lead planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns.
  • Translate strategy into briefs, timelines, and launch plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: PR, social, media, creative, events.
  • Ensure campaigns have objective, audience, message, channel, budget, metrics.
  • Partner with Creative Copywriter on concepts and narratives.
  • Act as senior operational partner to Head of Brand & Comms.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent English and Portuguese
  • 7+ years in brand marketing or related roles
  • Led 360° campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and experiential
  • Strong awareness, brand-building, and measurement expertise
  • Translate priorities into briefs, launch plans, and timelines
  • Cross-functional, fast-moving stakeholder management
