🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in technical recruiting or IT talent acquisition.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with tech roles, languages, and SDLC.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
• Sourcing Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow.
• Technology & ATS: Experience with Greenhouse and recruiting tools.
• Remote Work Ready: Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
