Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote

Remote – Open to candidates based in India & the PhilippinesExperience: 2–4 years (Outbound Sales / Lead Generation / SDR) About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help us accelerate growth by booking qualified meetings and opening new revenue opportunities.You’ll be on the front lines of our sales efforts: researching ideal customers, launching outreach campaigns, and starting high-quality conversations with decision-makers across global markets. If you love sales, enjoy talking to people, and want to build a serious career in B2B sales, this role is for you.
You’ll work closely with our sales leadership and recruiting and have a clear growth path as you prove yourself.
Research and identify
ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and key decision-makers in target markets.Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn and other sales tools.
Keep an eye on industry trends and spot new opportunities for outreach.
Run
cold email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach campaigns to generate interest in our services.Personalize outreach messages to prospects based on their role, company, and pain points.
Follow up consistently and professionally to turn initial interest into real conversations.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear criteria (fit, need, timing, budget, etc.).
Own the
top of the funnel: move leads from curiosity to committed meetings.Book and confirm discovery calls
and intro meetings for the Account Executive team.Make sure prospects are well-prepared and informed before the call.
Keep
CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) clean, accurate, and up to date.Log all activities (emails, calls, LinkedIn touches) and update lead stages.
Share feedback and insights from conversations to help improve messaging and targeting.
Work closely with marketing and sales to align on ideal customers and outreach strategy.
Join regular coaching sessions and role-plays to sharpen your sales skills.
Track your performance against KPIs (emails sent, calls made, meetings booked, etc.) and continuously look for ways to improve.
2–4 years of experience
in a Sales / Lead Generation / SDR / Outbound role (B2B experience is a plus).Strong
written and spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive tone.Comfortable with
cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, and phone) and handling rejection professionally.Experience using
CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn for prospecting.Organized and detail-oriented: you can manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and tasks without dropping the ball.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and excited by hitting and exceeding targets.
Familiarity with tools like
Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.100% remote
