We’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in B2B sales. In this role, you’ll help drive our sales pipeline by researching prospects, running outreach campaigns, and booking qualified meetings for the Sales team.
You’ll receive structured guidance, regular coaching, and hands-on training from sales leadership, making this a great fit for someone early in their sales career who wants to develop into a high-performing SDR or future Account Executive.
Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and key decision-makers.
Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn and sales tools.
Stay aware of industry trends to identify new outreach opportunities.
Launch cold email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach campaigns to generate interest.
Personalize outreach messages based on prospect company, role, and challenges.
Follow up consistently to turn early interest into real conversations.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear criteria (fit, need, timing, etc.).
Own the top-of-funnel process: move leads from awareness to confirmed meetings.
Book and confirm discovery calls and intro meetings for the Account Executive team.
Ensure prospects are prepared with context before their scheduled call.
Keep CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) updated and accurate.
Log all activities such as calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions.
Share insights from conversations to help improve messaging and targeting.
Work with marketing and sales teams to align on ICPs and outreach strategy.
Join regular training, coaching sessions, and role-plays to develop skills.
Track performance against KPIs (emails sent, calls made, meetings booked).
Look for ways to improve productivity and outreach quality.
1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, SDR, or Outbound outreach (B2B experience is a plus but not required).
Strong written and spoken English with a confident, professional tone.
Comfortable with cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone—and open to learning how to get better at it.
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and using LinkedIn for prospecting.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and excited to grow in sales.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
100% remote – Work from anywhere in India or the Philippines.
