  • Manage Major Accounts ($6M-$10M ARR); drive retention and cross-sell.
  • Develop strategic account plans and GTM strategies aligned to client goals.
  • Primary contact for economic buyers and execs; drive executive engagement.
  • Collaborate with partners, CS, ISVs, and internal teams to drive value and cross-sell.
  • Monitor health, revenue, expansion; report on opportunities and churn.
  • Leverage data analytics on eCommerce, AB testing, and conversion metrics to inform upsell.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years in Account Management/Sales/Consulting; Martech/Ad Tech/AI backgrounds preferred.
  • Proven expertise in strategic account planning with ecosystem leverage to meet objectives.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Able to expand client relationships into new markets and groups.
  • Experience with SDR outbound and cross-functional teams (CS, Partnerships, Solutions, Marketing).
  • Proficiency in analytics and statistics; strong in ecommerce data, AB testing, conversions.
